综合护理干预对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者 生活质量及并发症的影响

Abstract：Ojectiepetetofompreesieursingitervetiooatintsithocstriomplateditticle MethodsBysingtdomertableetod4patintsitoicstritpicaedithepticlcerdmiedtcaCoty People'sHostalfroauarytoeceerO3edividedintotogoupsaelytheotroopndesdyopithit ineachgroup.atintseegienutieusingieotrolopileatitseienompreesiesingiteveioitesudy group.Theialialall complicatiosstroaftinadsultol group （96.88 % ）washigher than that of the control group （75.00 % ）（P<0.05）.Thenursing satisfactionof thestudy group （93.75 % ）washigher than that of the control group （78.13 % ）（ Pe 0.05）.Afternursing，thescoresofphysicalhealth，physiologicalfunction，mentalhealthovrallhalthandeotioal roleinthetwogrouserehighertantosebeforemuringdomparedwiththecontrolgouptheoresfachdimensioninthesudygroup were higher （ P< 0.05）.Theincidenceofcomplicationsinthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup（Po.O5）.Thestudygrouphadlower the incidence of complications than that in the control group P<0.05） .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance， nursingsatisfactionandqualityof ifeofpatientswithchronicgastritisandpepticulcer，reducetheincidenceofcomplications.
