Abstract：ObjectieTvestgtethfetofSexagoinpillanunttapodacfuctiodmartfeakes patientswitartdrallioesilpiartedllo CountyHospitalofTaditioalCnseMedicfroAugusttMach5eredividedntobseratiogoup34patits）dorolgoup （34patients）idobedllisraedisicsisroasi oralamiodaroedooideblesileseaipstreaedieoiilotsisfoutisicrate clnicaleffacrteaeseitide）op）ial natriureticpetid）spsid）ecE）， enddiastolicedcedie compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 70.59 % ofthe total effective rate of the control group，the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%，which was higher （ P<0.05 ）.Compared withbefore treatment，thelevels of NT-proBNP，QTd，QT min* QT mex and LVDD in thetwogroupseedeceasdetreatentiletelevelofVEFasicreas;opareditheoolouptelevelsofo QTd，QT min* QT max andLVDD in the observation group were lower，while the level of LVEF was higher P<0.05） .The observation group showed lower incidenceofdverseeactiostantatieotolgoup（P5）.Concsiosduvantdghexiagaoxinpillactily enanceteratiftisiartuedralotedacodoweatel heartfailuremarkersMeanile，theinidenceofdersereactiosoftistreatmentisoandithasoutstandingapicatioadantagsin clinical practice.
