Abstract：OetieTploreetfspsibiltdwifeysigoratoedospaecoe deliverywomenMetodsFromJanuary2OtoSeptemberO2，8OcasesofpainlessdeliverywomenadmitedtoYushanCountyMatealand ChildHealhHospitalereselectedsteeseachobectsndtheyeredividedintocotroloupndsudygopccodingtoeado numbertablemethod，with4Ocasesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing，andthestudygroupwasgivenonetoone responsibilitydwifesingdecfatealndtdelietosfetalstreatalsi moagealiloosoca involutiontitdalil thetwogroups.esultsTheincidenceofadvesematealandinfantdeliveryoutcoesinthudygoupalowertantatinteotolgoup （ P< 0.05）.After nursing，theSAS scoreand SDS scoreof the study group were lower than those of thecontrol group（ P<0.05） .The disappearance time oflochiatheotfatifeoltdtifigtfdidoaol group（ P⋅ <0.05）.The sleep quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion One-to-one responsibility midwiferyursigapoeteregacyuoedotioalateofarurtsithilsselierydupostaroed improve the sleep quality of parturients，which is worthy of clinical application.
