CT、MRI与MRI不同序列对膝关节外伤后前后交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值

Abstract:ObjectiveTonalyzethediagosticcuracyofomputedtomogaphy(CTmagneticesoanceimagingandferet sequencesforanteodposteioruciatelgaentijuryerjointtauaMetdsAtotalof6patientswithsspetedteiod posteriorcruciateligamentijuryferknejointtraumadmitedtoGnzoGanxianDistriteoplesHospitalfomJauaryO2toDeceber 2023wereeedsseactslliseddtcsdglefteruet (ACL)andpostecatelgetC)ereopreddatocalsureentArtsssesteoldado comparetheagosicacyacsiiideiofdterdosteuciatelgnti jointtrauma.Telasifcoofienteamatioseecianteondosteiouciatelgaentijufejointasalyed Results There was no significant diffrencebetween the data of MRI scan and the anatomical measurement( P> 0.05).Thelengthand angle of the anteriorcruciateteaedeeateroofCilcsasssaofndgs angle of the posterior cruciate ligament were less than those of CT( P<0.05 .Theaccuracy,sensitivityand specificity of MRI diagnosis were higher thanthoseofCT(P<0.05).ThediagnosticcoincidencerateofMRIthree-dimensionalwashigherthanthatofMRItwo-dimensional( P <0.05). ConlusionisorateanCiagosisofnterodosteucateletyeejttaeadng evaluationofteocateligetdosterioucatelgaetijurhmesioalseenceisoedatagesthato dimensionalqueereforeoulddshpreeedforagoisofCndCijurstadi recommended for clinical application.
