Abstract：OjetiTbsetealcatioetoflistursingsdoursingprocdurecomdihostueangitee severepneumoniaandtoexploreitsectonsputumecretionndomfortofpatientsMetosTotall4patientswiteveea diagnosedandtreatedinourospitalfoDecember2toDeceer3ereseleedastheesearhectsByusigadomberable patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroupsaotrolgroup（n=37）receivingroutieursingandanobservationgroup（n=3ceiinga combinednteretiofistsisedsocureosuregteefoprotal symptoms，lungfunctioindexexpectoratiofciencyandincidenceofomplicatiosereomparedbetwnthetwogoupsesultsAer interventiontosodoflaldioltosa controlgroupO5）eisodrtesofooungloalto control group （ Pe O.05）.Aftertheintervention，othgoupsshowedhighervaluesofforcedexpiratoryvolumeinonesecond（EV）andpeakeiatory flow（PEF），and the above indexes in observation group were higher compared to the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The observation group had higher the total effective rate of sputum excretion（9 %.30% ）versus the control group 83.78% ）（P
