Abstract:ObectiveTvestgatethtsofLueangeeoctioolodcoseifaatoactodalfuctioatsi diabeticnepropathyethosFortyeanatsedolyividedintoopscudingatsinoalopdthaats werefed with high-fatsugardiet for4weeksand thenfasted for 12h .The diabetic kidney disease (DKD) rat model was established by streptozotocin (STZ).The rats were divided into DKD model group,DKD + AICAR group,DKD +low -concentration Chinese medicine group,and |DKD+high- concentrationCinesemedicinegoup.TheoalgroupndteDKDmodelgouperegivenitrapeioealijectioofoalsalinetheKD + (20号 AICARgroupwasgivenintraperitonealinjectionofadenosine-phosphate-activatedkinase(AMPK)activatorAICAR3Omg/kg,the DKD+low- concentrationChineseedicingroupasivenlowoncentrationChineseedicinendteD+igoncetrtionCineseedicinegoua givenhighoraieedatscdelsiod)etid urea nitrogen (BUN) were analyzed by automatic analyzer.The expresson of inflammatory factors TNF- ∇⋅α∝ and IL-6 was detected.Results Compared with the DKD model group,the FBG level inthe DKD+high-concentration Chinese medicine group was decreased( P<0.01 ),but compared with the DKD + AICARgroup,therewasno significant difference( P>0 0.05).Compared with theDKD model group,the Scrand BUNof theChinesemedicine group and the DKD + AICAR group were significantly decreased( P<0.01 ),but there was no significant difference between DKD+high concentration Chinese medicine group and DKD + AICARgroup P> 0.05).Compared with theDKD model group,thelevelsof TNF- αα∝α and IL-6 in the kidney tissues of the Chinese medicine group and the DKD + AICAR group were significantly down-regulated(P 0.05).ConclusionLiuweiTangkedcoctioncanimprovethelevelsofblodgucosenalfunctionandinflammatoryactorsinDats.
