Effectof Neferine on Oxidative Stressin Kidney ofDiabeticNephropathy Rats

Abstract：OjectiveToivestigatethefectofeferineenaloidativetressinatsitabeticphropatyMetdSDaleatse randomlydividedintootrolgouodeloupaetoupdosiiecotrolgouIditiotootrolouthou werfedwithigsurndigfatdettoakeDodelAftersucfulodelingroupeddrugtreatentTeontrogroundedel groupwereitragastricallyadministeredwiththesameamountofsaline，thetreatment groupwasintragastricallyadministeredwith 4 0 m g / k g neferine， and the positive control group was intragastrically administered with 1 4 m g / k g irbesartan.HE staining was used to observe the pathological conditions ofratkidneytisederticalmcroopeoecalalsisofuiaryrotenontiatsasefodEassedtete contents of TNF- ，SODandMDAinratkidneytissue.ResultsComparedwiththecontrol group，therenaltisue structureof themodel groupwas signficantldteotldttaltldd contents of MDA and TNF- were significantly increased（ .Compared with the model group，the local renal tissue of the treatment group was damaged to varying degrees，the urine protein of the treatment group was significantly reduced （ P<0 . 0 1 ） ，the content of SOD was increased（ P<0 . 0 5 ） ， and the content of MDA and TNF- was decreased in the treatment group （ .Conclusion Neferine can improve the damage of renal tissue in diabetiephoatetoedeaieaspeio of diabetic nephropathy rats.
