Abstract：Oel associationstudy（GW）sumarydatafrodfrenteseachinstutiossuchsrcOGENUKiobank）wersedOusedssure factorandTDMwasusedasanutcomevariableMultileMendelianrandomzation（M）analysisetods，includingversevariaceeihtin （VW）weida TDMrisk.ResultshrsusofIVWowdatOAsociatedigsofD（OR9%Co0O valueofMR-Egdosisttiatfgeegessodattsaedidottal polytropy .Cochrane'sQ test showed no heterogeneity in IVs .Sensitivity analysis showed that the causal effect was stable. Conclusion MR analysis support that OA is associated with an increased risk of T2DM.
