Abstract：ObectieTalythtogitodagngaracteristofdilowrspatotifecio tertiaryospitalinbCityndrovideevidencforagossndreatmentofildrenigioMetdo nuceiccidtestesulsandchstimagigesultsof15idrenitosptalizedinZoFrstHospitalfroDemertoeceber 2023wereretrospectivelynalydResultsyoplasmapeumoeifectionsteainpathogenin5cldrenwithChstCaging showedunilaaplmoarobsiositdostialegeteortfll pulmonarylobelsiosinthelesiondistributionofMyoplasmapeumoiaeinfectiongoupandMycoplasmapeumoaemiedinfectiogoupas higherthan that of other pathogen infection group，and the diference was statistically significant（ P<0 . 0 5 ） .The proportion of large solid shadows in theimagingfindingsfthemcoplasmapeumonaeinfectiongoupndthemyoplasmapeumonaeiedietongoupwashighertantatf theother pathogen infection group，and the diference was statistically significant（ .The proportion of mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy andpleuralefusioninMycoplasmapeumoieinfectiongoupndMycoplasmapeumonaemiedinfectiongoupashigertanthatother pathogen infection groups，and the difference was statistically significant（ .Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae is the main pathogen of LRTinchildrenintisegioCmparedihhstiagingaracteristsofyoplasmapeuoeifectioderathonifectio unilateral pulmonary lobe lesions，large consolidation and extrapulmonary involvement are more common.
