Abstract：ObjectiveTanalyzethesituationofhospitaldpatientswithpulmonarytuberculosisbeforeandafterteimplementatiofDRG paymentrefoiertiaryuberclosissignatedospitalinangindprovideeferenceforteprevetiondtreamntfuoa tuberculosisinGuangxi.MethdsDescriptivestatistcalanalysisasusedtosreenthedataofospitalizedpatientfromO18to2ina designatedhospitalforpulmonarytubercussinGuangiTeinfuencofDRGpaymntmanagemntonthtreatmentofpulmonaryuberculosis wasanalyzfrohrdfbfspiadtisitorbeculostfitssrtioee hospitalizationdaysndtheaverageospitaliaionexpensesResutsBeforeteDRGrefom，theaveragehospializationdaysfpuloar tuberculosispatientswere15.48days，with anaverageannual growth rate of 0 . 4 2 % ；theaverage hospitalization expenseswere17830.42yuan，with an average annual growth rate of 3 . 3 9 % ；among them，the average hospitalization cost ofthe surgical treatment groupof pulmonary tuberculosis was 23 163.28 yuan，with anaverage annual growth rate of 7 . 5 9 % ；the average hospitalization cost of the medical treatment group of pulmonary tuberculosis was12497.57，with anaverage annual growth rate of 1 . 2 5 % .Afterthe reform，the average hospitalization daysof pulmonary tuberculosis patients were 13.38 days，with an average annual growth rate of- ？ 1 . 9 8 % ；theaverage hospitalization cost was12 379.59 yuan，with anaverage annual growth rateof - 1 3 . 5 2 % ；theaveragehospitalizationcostofthesurgicaltreatmentgroupofpulmonarytuberculosiswas13358.O9yuanwithanaverage annual growth rate of ；theaverage hospitalizationcostof thepulmonary tuberculosismedical treatment group was11401.O8yuan，withan average annual growth rate of 6 . 2 5 % .ConclusionAftertheDRG paymentreform，theaveragehospitalizationdays hasdecreased，theeficiencyof medicalsevicdsiado no significant effect on the age distribution and source of patients.
