Astract:Ueeesteeoleprouotegeso MethodsNoalovarianepithelialellISE8OndepithelialovarancancercellsOVCAR-3ndHeyereselectedHeyCtrlgroupassetas blankcontroloioldeaie PELP1wasdetedyeal-teuoresceceuanitativePCR(RTCR)ndWestBlot(WB)TerelativeexpressnevelofPwas detectedbyWB.TheconcentrationofVEGFAinthesupernatant(CM)ofOE-Vector-CMgroupandOE-PELP1-CMgroupwasdeterminedby enzyme-linkedimmunosorbents(ELA)efectsofCMontemigraioandubefoationofuanbilcalveinedothelialels (HUVECs)weredetectedbyTranswellandangiogeesisethodsResultseexpresionlevelofELPinepithelialovariancanceels OVCAR-3 and Heywas higher than that in normal ovarian epithelial cells IOSE80( P<0 . 0 5 ) .The expressionlevel of PELP1 in Hey-OE-PELP1 group was higher than that in Hey-Ctrl group and Hey-OE-Vector group .The concentration of VEGFA,the numberof migrated cellsand the number of tube nodes in OE-PELP1-CM group were higher than those in OE-Vector-CM group( .Conclusion PELP1 promotes angiogenesis in epithelial ovarian cancer.
