浅析我国白酒酿造智能化

摘 要：越来越多的白酒企业开始向白酒生产智能化转型，一些企业已形成适用于企业自身的智能化白酒酿造生产模式。本文简述了现阶段我国白酒行业在智能化酿造方面的主要应用、优势以及难点，对白酒酿造智能化进行了展望。

Analysis on Intellectualization of Baijiu Brewing in China

Abstract： More and more Baijiu enterprises begin to transform to intelligent Baijiu production， and some enterprises have formed intelligent Baijiu brewing production models suitable for their own enterprises. In this paper， the main applications， advantages and difficulties of Baijiu industry in intelligent brewing at present in China were briefly described， and the intelligent Baijiu brewing was prospected.
