摘 要:白酒生产企业作为高风险食品安全生产企业,是市场监督管理部门进行风险隐患排查的重点对象。随着白酒新国标的陆续实施,对白酒产品及行业品质提出了更高要求。鉴于此,本文就白酒生产企业风险隐患排查常见问题进行分析,防范化解白酒生产企业的食品安全风险,促进白酒产业的高质量发展。

Analysis on the Common Problems of Risk Assessment and Hidden Danger Investigation in Baijiu Production Enterprises

Abstract: As a high risk food safety production enterprise, Baijiu production enterprise is the key object to investigate the risks and hidden dangers by the market supervision and management department. With the implementation of the new national standard of Baijiu, higher requirements are put forward to the quality of Baijiu products and industry. In view of this, this paper analyzes the common problems of risk assessment and hidden danger investigation in Baijiu production enterprises, so as to prevent and dissolve food safety risks in the production field and promote the high-quality development of Baijiu industry.
