摘 要:符合性判定是食品检测中常见的判定,判定规则有不考虑不确定度的简单接受二元判定规则,考虑测量不确定度的有保护带的二元判定规则,有保护带的非二元判定规则。本文介绍了这些规则并且提出了一种应用方法,探讨了该规则在食品检测领域应用的可能性、优越性和局限性。

Application of Measurement Uncertainty in Conformity Determination of Food Testing

Abstract: Compliance determination is a common determination in food testing. The determination rules include simple acceptance binary determination rules without considering the uncertainty, binary determination rules with protective belt considering the measurement uncertainty, and non binary determination rules with protective belt. This paper introduces these rules, puts forward an application method, and discusses the possibility, advantages and limitations of the rule in the field of food testing.
