Abstract： China’surbandevelopmentisundergoingadeptransformation fromincremental development tostockoptimization.The reuseof industriallandhasbecomeakeyisue incrackingtheconstraintsoflandresouesandpromotingurbanrnewalandidustrial transformation.Using CiteSpace knowledgegraphanalysis，thisstudyvisualizesandanalyzestheresearchliteratureoidustrialland redevelopmentfrom213to23andsstematicallysortout theresearchproressandhottopicsinthisfeldOnthisbasis，theI analysisframekofPropertyightsSac-dustrisostrutedtoevealteoesuadsearchgicodustraladse fromamulti-dmensialprspetie.Iisfoundtatdomesticiteratremainlyfocusesontetripledilemaofpropertyghtscofict spacefragmentatioandidustrialomogenationndexploresteirusesandspatialtrasfoationpathshileseahfose onmulti-dimesioalbeftsnt，oeldgenatioatgatialofuratiopatsdsakerati mechanism.Basedontheresultsof theanalysis，thispaper proposes thatfutureresearchshouldstrengthenthedynamicasessmentof theimplementationeffectofindustriallandreuse，explorethemulti-benefitdistributionmechaismandmult-salespatial goeance strategydotestiodoliatit sustainable transformation of the stock of industrial land.
