气相色谱在沿海高碘地下水中的检测应用

Abstract:Inviewofthecurrentstandardanalysis methodofiodideingroundwaterisonlyasinglespectrophotometricmethod,and theraresomeshortomingssuchasashactiononditions,lowsesitivityandlowaccuracyitiseryimportanttotablshan fficientanduateeodofoidetstfoooingigodeoudaterioastaleas.Ihisdyyetote gaschromatograhicalsisetodofNationalfoodsfetyandrdtingmetodsfordrinkingnatualminelwater(GB2) thesampleconcentrationwasrealizedwhileteoperationstepsweresimplifedbyoptimizingthesamplepretreatmentsteps,thelinear concentrationangeofthestandardcurvewasexpanded,andaanalyticalmethodsuitableforthemeasurementofiodinecontentin groundwaterinareaswithhighiodinecontentwasestablishedTedatashowedthatthecorrelationcoeffcientofthestandardurveof iodidewasgreater than O.999 in the rangeof 0.0 to 1.0mg/L .Thelimit ofdetectionwas 0.0002mg/L 0 RSD<5.0% ,and the recoveries were 86.1%~114% .The method has the advantages ofhigh sensitivity,good repeatability,high accuracy and wide rangeof test concentrationhichanrduethematrixdiereceandeorausedbysampledilution,andissuitablefortealysisdtestof iodide in groundwater in high iodinearea.
