Abstract:Naturalresourceevaluationisaprerequisitefortherationalutilzationofnaturalresources.Comparedwithtraditional monitoringandassssentapproaches,theevaluationofnaturalresources inhighlyurbanizedzoneshouldemphasizetheholistic assessmentofcomponentsand interactions withinsocio-cologicalsystems.romtheperspectiveofful-elementandfull-cyle managementof natural resources,this study introduces adaptive cycle theory toaddress theresource endowmentsandrefined managementcharacteristicsof urbanized Zone.Acomprehensive evaluation indicatorsystemisdevelopedusing methodssuch as the CRITIC weightingapproachandmulti-indicatorcomprehensiveevaluation,with Shanghaiasanempiicalcase tosupportotized naturalresouregoverance.Teresultsdemonstratethat: (l)Comparedtotraditionalmonitoringframeworks,thisindicatorystem providesanovelteoreticallensfoevaluatingnaturalresoursinubanedone,beterefectighuma-natureinteractioswi resourcesystes.2)Fom06toanghieibitedimprovementsinth dimensionsesourepotetial,cological resiliene,andspatialoetiityAlldstrictsmaidintedevelopentosevationtransiioalpase,ightingegent need to integrate the conservation and development of diverse natural resource elements and spatial categories.
