Abstract：Integratedaalyssofostratigraphicronostratigraphc，ithostratigrapicndesmicstratigraphcatarecoducted to investigate theMesozoic stratigraphicframeworkandbasin evolutionoftheFuzhousag.Theresultsshow：（1）Jurassicstrataare identifedinteprCeoicsucesnasdoologialassblages，cofoilcodsdiesckgeolog; （2）Seismicintepretatioandblancedcro-sectionrestorationindicateteFuzhouandDiaobeisagsforedaunifedJurassicbasin witheast-thickegadutegsdimetarypckag，dsdstatigrapictetureddepoeereo sector;（3）DuringCretaceous，thebasinshoscontiuousdevelopmentwithortheast-tickeningstrataandnortheastwardmigrationof depocenter; （4）CenoziciftingseparatedthesagsbytheYudongLowUplift，disruptingMesozoiccontiuityTheJurassicsourerocks arewidelydistributedinFuzousagithminalaterationbylateCenozic tectonsmandvolanism，sugestingfavorablecoditions forhydrocarbonaccumulation.Thesefindings providenew insightsintothepetroleumpotentialofthiscontinentalmarginbasin.
