长株潭都市圈建设公园城市实施路径策略研究

Abstract：Theconstructionofaparkcityisanewtopicandparadigmforthsustainabledevelopmentofcitiesinpracticeoftheconcept ofecologicalcivilzation，wichealisticsigcanceforthelow-carbongnhigqualitydevelopmentandmodezatioofii. BasedothepracticalsituationoftheconstructionofaparkcityintheChangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtanmetropolitanareathisaticle summarizes thebasicconditionsandexisting problemsof theconstructionofaparkcityinChangsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanMetropolitan area，focusingontefourof‘servingpeople，buildingcitisbeautifingevironmentandupgadingidustries”，ndopos targetedmplementatiopathsfor teconstructionofapakcityinChangsha-Zuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitanarea，andfiallyoposes corespondingstrateies：（l）Graseootatiooftearkcitccuratelyndiplenttoetofteostrctiofak citythroughouttheprocessofteplaingonstructionontrolandgovernanceoftheChangsha-ZhuzouXiangtaneitan area;（2）mprovetheurbanagglomeration’surban-uralcomprehensivemanagementcapacitybybuildinganurbanformofntegration ofpeopleandcities，anuban greenstateofgren watersandgreenmountains，adiverseandopenurbanculture stateandanandgreen urbanindustrystate;（3）regetasofaraeinctorslddivedesmtadfaingtee theintroductioofacehigel，adctielyuildietifcehasmofingdiseachstorovideial and practical experiencereferences forthe hig-qualitydevelopmentof theChangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan Areaandthe construction of park cities in other cities.
