汽车空调接头密封方式的研究和优化探讨
摘 要:空调管路接头形式对空调系统的密封性能有着重要的影响,本文以蒸发器与膨胀阀之间的压板接头为例,分析了两种常见典型的压板接头的结构形式、加工方式、尺寸特性等对密封性能的影响,提出了另一种成本相对低且可以确保泄漏性能的技术方案,为汽车空调密封连接设计提供参考。

Research and Optimization of Sealing Method of Automobile Air Conditioning Joint

Abstract:The form of air conditioning pipeline joint has an important influence on the sealing performance of air conditioning system. Taking the pressure plate joint between the evaporator and the expansion valve as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of the structure, processing mode and size characteristics of two common typical pressure plate joints on the sealing performance, and proposes another technical scheme with relatively low cost and can ensure leakage performance, which provides a reference for the sealing connection design of automotive air conditioning.

汽车空调系统的密封问题一直是行业内不断研究的课题,当前主要采用压板结构的径向双O型圈密封的方式以满足其较高的泄漏性要求。(剩余3221字)
