集中供液系统在发动机制造领域的应用与研究

摘 要：随着机械加工制造技术的不断发展和进步，集中供液系统的应用越来越广泛。相较于单机设备自带的供液系统，其具有节省占地空间、自动化控制程度高、设备运行稳定等特点。本文结合汽车发动机缸体加工线对集中供液系统的实际应用，详细阐述集中供液的作用、原理、优缺点，进一步研究解析其使用特性。

Application and Research of Centralized Liquid Supply System in the Field of Engine Manufacturing

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of machining and manufacturing technology， the application of centralized liquid supply system is more and more widespread. Compared with the liquid supply system of single equipment， centralized liquid supply system has the characteristics of saving space， high degree of automation control， stable operation of equipment， etc. In this paper， combined with the automobile engine cylinder block processing line to the practical application of the centralized liquid supply system， detailed description of the function of the centralized liquid supply， principle， advantages and disadvantages are put forward， and further studied and analyzed its use characteristics.
