农业院校交通运输人才培养策略探讨

摘 要：“交通强国”、“一带一路”等战略的实施促进了交通运输行业的快速发展，新形势、新机遇、新挑战要求交通运输人才具备更广阔的视野，多学科知识储备。本文首先分析现有的人才培养方案存在的问题，然后探讨交通运输人才的培养策略，最后提出具有农业院校特色的交通运输人才培养模式。

Discussion on the Training Strategy of Transportation Talents in Agricultural Colleges

Abstract：The implementation of strategies such as “Transportation Power” and “One Belt， One Road” has promoted the rapid development of the transportation industry. The new situation， new opportunities and new challenges require transportation talents to have a broader vision and multidisciplinary knowledge reserve. This paper first analyzes the existing talent training programs， then discusses the training strategies of transportation talents， and finally proposes a transportation talent training model with the characteristics of agricultural colleges.

有句俗语“要想富先修路”，也就是说要先建立纽带，将区域与区域连接在一起，将国与国连接在一起，落到实处就需要运用交通运输工具将各个节点交织在一起形成一个巨大的交通运输网络。（剩余5511字）
