警务车辆驾驶教学的改革探索

——以北京警察学院为例

摘 要：警务车辆驾驶教学是立足公安实际，在安全驾驶的基础上融入具有公安鲜明特色的重要课程，对提升民警安全驾驶意识，平稳驾驶心态，控制车辆能力，涉车技战术运用等方面具有重要作用。在教学中，应贴近公安实战，以受训部门实际需求为导向，构建出警务车辆驾驶教学的课程体系，推动民警警务驾驶技能水平的提升。

Reform and Exploration of Police Vehicle Driving Teaching

——Taking the Beijing Police College as an Example

Abstract：Police vehicle driving teaching is based on the reality of public security， and integrates an important course with distinctive characteristics of public security on the basis of safe driving， which plays an important role in improving the safety driving awareness of civilian police， stable driving mentality， vehicle control ability， and the application of vehicle-related techniques and tactics. In teaching， it is necessary to be close to the actual combat of public security， guided by the actual needs of the trained departments， build a curriculum system for police vehicle driving teaching， and promote the improvement of police driving skills.

1 开展警务车辆驾驶教学的必要性

警务车辆驾驶广泛应用于民警日常巡逻、接处警、车辆跟踪、追捕、拦截，押解违法犯罪嫌疑人等工作，可以说警务驾驶是各部门、各警种使用最为频繁、应用最为广泛的警务技能之一。（剩余4684字）
