冶金行业安全管理标准化模式探讨

【摘要】随着冶金行业的不断发展，冶金行业安全问题越来越严重，时常会有安全事故发生，影响冶金行业的稳定性。冶金行业需要探索新的安全管理模式，提高工作人员的安全意识，保证冶金行业能够正常发展，减少安全事故的发生。

Discussion on Standardization Mode of Metallurgical Industry Safety Management

Abstract：With the continuous development of metallurgical industry，the safety problems in metallurgical industry are getting more and more serious，and there are often safety accidents that affect the stability of metallurgical industry. Metallurgical industry needs to explore a new safety management mode，improve the safety awareness of workers， ensure the normal development of metallurgical industry and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

1冶金行业安全管理模式发展及现状

改革开放前，我国冶金行业安全管理模式，主要是政府对其进行指导以及调控，保证冶金行业能够不断进行发展，并根据行业实际发展情况，制定了合适的安全管理制度，开展安全评比活动，鼓励冶金企业落实安全管理措施，定期开展工作人员安全培训，进行安全管理检查，提高安全管理工作的安全性。（剩余4650字）
