浅析“辽宁优品”认证标准体系对辽宁公共品牌建设的引领作用

【摘要】本文介绍了建立“辽宁优品”认证标准体系的初步成果，简要分析并阐明对辽宁产品和服务领域公共品牌建设将起到标准支撑、质量求生、创新驱动和信誉保障的引领作用，有利于开创辽宁品牌建设新局面。

Analysis on the Leading Role of the“Liaoning Superior Product”Certification Standard System in the Construction of Liaoning Public Brand

Abstract：This paper introduces the preliminary results of establishing the certification standard system of“Liaoning Superior Products”， briefly analyzes and clarifies that it will play a leading role in standard support， quality survival， innovation drive and reputation guarantee for the construction of public brands in the field of products and services in Liaoning， which is conducive to creating a new situation of brand construction in Liaoning.

2021年，辽宁省质量强省工作领导小组办公室制定和发布《关于推进“辽宁优品”认证打造辽宁质量品牌的意见》（辽质强办〔2021〕5号），提出以标准为引领、以认证为手段，对符合高标准、高品质要求的辽宁产品和服务进行第三方认证，通过持续培育，形成一批自主创新、品质高端、服务优质、信誉过硬、社会公认的“辽宁优品”品牌群体。（剩余4614字）
