【摘要】辽宁省地方标准DB21/T 2796—2017《葵花籽剥壳成套设备质量评价技术规范》于2018年颁布实施，该标准是国内第一部葵花籽剥壳成套设备地方标准，为推动标准的贯彻实施，提高标准的应用效果，发挥标准在行业的引领性作用，标准起草小组对标准的主要内容予以解读。

DB21/T 2796-2017 Standard Solution of "Technical Specification For Quality Evaluation of Sunflower Seed Shelling Equipment"

Abstract：In order to promote the implementation of the standard，the drafter of the standard interpreted the technical content of the standard. Liaoning Provincial Local Standard DB21/T 2796—2017 "technical specification for quality evaluation of sunflower seed shelling equipment" was issued and implemented in 2018. This standard is the first local standard for sunflower seed shelling equipment in China. In order to promote the implementation of the standard，improve the application effect of the standard，and play a leading role in the industry，the standard drafting group interpreted the main contents of the standard.
