离子色谱自动进样器的故障分析及维护

【摘要】离子色谱仪用于分析测定阴、阳离子或者离子型化合物，并以选择性好、稳定性好、容载量高、方便、快捷、价廉等优势备受青睐。本文根据故障维修案例，分析了故障原因及解决办法，并总结了离子色谱仪在日常使用中容易出现的故障及必要的日常维护方法，有助于离子色谱仪的正常运行并延长使用寿命。

Failure Analysis and Maintenance of Automatic Sampler for Ion Chromatography

Abstract：Analysis and determination of anionic， cationic， or ionic compounds by ion chromatography. Its advantages of good selectivity，good stability，high capacity，convenience，rapidity，and low price. According to the fault maintenance cases，the fault causes and solutions are analyzed，the trouble and troubleshooting during routine maintenance and use were put forward，it facilitated the ion chromatography instrument to work effectively and prolong the service life of the instrument.
