热变形维卡软化温度测定仪校准方法研究

【摘要】热变形维卡软化温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料(塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘等)的热变形温度,以及维卡软化点温度的测定。本文研究了热变形维卡软化温度测定仪的校准方法,并对其温度偏差的校准结果进行了不确定度分析。

Study on Calibration Method of Vicat Softening Temperature Tester for Thermal Deformation

Abstract:The thermal deformation Vicat softening temperature tester is mainly used to measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials(plastic,rubber,nylon,electrical insulating,etc.). This paper studies the calibration method of the Vicat softening temperature tester for thermal deformation,and analyzes the uncertainty of the calibration results of the temperature deviation.

热变形维卡软化温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料,如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘等材料的热变形温度及维卡软化点温度的测定,它由金属试样架、装有负荷板的负载杆、压针头组件、千分表(位移测量仪器)、测温仪器、加热装置等组成(见图1)。(剩余2150字)
