热变形维卡软化温度测定仪校准方法研究

【摘要】热变形维卡软化温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料（塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘等）的热变形温度，以及维卡软化点温度的测定。本文研究了热变形维卡软化温度测定仪的校准方法，并对其温度偏差的校准结果进行了不确定度分析。

Study on Calibration Method of Vicat Softening Temperature Tester for Thermal Deformation

Abstract：The thermal deformation Vicat softening temperature tester is mainly used to measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials（plastic，rubber，nylon，electrical insulating，etc.）. This paper studies the calibration method of the Vicat softening temperature tester for thermal deformation，and analyzes the uncertainty of the calibration results of the temperature deviation.

热变形维卡软化温度测定仪主要用于非金属材料，如塑料、橡胶、尼龙、电绝缘等材料的热变形温度及维卡软化点温度的测定，它由金属试样架、装有负荷板的负载杆、压针头组件、千分表（位移测量仪器）、测温仪器、加热装置等组成（见图1）。（剩余2150字）
