Abstract：ObjectiveToprovideareferenceforthepreciseidentificationofsixplantsofPeriplocaL.from Chinaandthefurther developmentalutilizationof medicinalmaterialsresourcesofthis genus.MethodThesixplantsofPeriplocafrom China werestudied bymeansofmacrosopicandmcroscopicidentifcationmethods.ResultsFormacroscopicdentification，thissixplantscouldbedistinguishedfromeachotherbythenumberoflowersbearingineachflorescence，theshapeandcolourofcorolllobesandthepresence orabsenceofpilosecorona，aswellasthestemcolour，theleafshapeandthetexture.Inthemicroscopicidentification，therewasa slightdiference in thedensityof the vesselsand xylemoccupancyinthestemcross-section，thepalisadetissueof P .forrestii and P sepiumpassedthroughte mainveinsintheleafross-section，andtheaticlinalwalftheleafepideralcellswascurvdinawave -likemanner，whiletheremainingfourspeciesdidnotpassthroughthemainveinsandtheanticlinalwalloftheleafepideralcels wasflat.ConcusioTedifecesinmacrooicadmcrosopiccharaeristsanaccratelydifretiate tesixpntsofPeriplocafromChina，whichcanfectivelyavoidthemixtureofmedicinalmaterialsandprovideabasisfortheidentificationoftheauthenticity of Periploca from China.

杠柳属（PeriplocaL.）植物在中国植物志中属于萝蘑科（Asclepiadaceae），如今在被子植物分类系统APGIV被归入夹竹桃科（Apocynaceae），该属目前世界约有10余种，主要分布在亚洲温带、欧洲南部和非洲热带地区；综合《中国植物志》《FloraofChi-na》以及相关文献[，中国目前记录有7个种，即青蛇藤［Periplocacalophylla（Wight）Falc.]、多花青蛇藤（P.floribundaTsiang）、黑骨藤（ P. forrestii Schl-tr）、杠柳（P.sepiumBunge）、大花杠柳（P.tsangiiD.Fang&H.Z.Ling）、黄花杠柳（P.chrysanthaD.S.Yao，X.C.Chen &J.W.Ren）[3]和峨眉杠柳（P.omeiensis Z.Y.Zhu）[4]，但峨眉杠柳在中国生物物种2024版上未被接受，课题组到其模式产地也未采集到相关标本与材料。（剩余5772字）
