Abstract:ObjectiveStudyonthecharacteristicsandcharacteristiccomponentsofquercetinandkaempferolindiffrentharvestingperiodsofLianxu.MethodsThetraditionalcharacteridentificationmethodwasusedtocompareandobservethecharactersofLianxu,andthecontentsofquercetinandkaempferolidiferentharvestingperodswerecomparedbyHC.ResultsTereweredifer encesinthecolorofLianxuatdiferentharvestingperiods.ThecontentsofquercetinandkaempferolrangedfromO.3693to0.299 mg⋅g-1 and from 1.118 3 to 1.6052mg⋅g-1 in the samples collected at flowering stage.The contents of quercetin and kaempferol were 0.0509mg⋅g-1 to 0.4025mg⋅g-1 and 0.0984mg⋅g-1 to 1.4597mg⋅g-1 in the samples collected at Lianfang near maturity.Conclusion TheharvestperiodhassignificantefectonthecharacterandcontentofLianu.Thisstudycan providereferencefor the quality control of Lianxu.
