Optimization of Extraction Process of Jinhou Granules Based on Pharmacolodynamics and Orthogonal Design

Abstract:Objective Tooptimize theoptimalextraction process ofJinhou granules(JHG).Methods Basedonthescreeningresultsofpharmacodynamicexperiments,anorthogonalexperimentwasdopted,withtecomprehensivesoreofangiferintraseate anddrycreamieldasevaluationindicators,ndthefactorsofwateradition,extractiontime,ndextractionfrequencyaseaation factors,tooptiizeteextractionprocessofJinhougraulesandonductprocessvalidatioResultsTeanti-amatoryctiityf thewaterextractionprocessofJinhougranulesissuperiortothatoflcoholextractionandwaterextractionandalcoholprcipiation processes.Theoptialextractionprocessistoad10timestheamountof waterandrefuxtwice,achtimefor1.5hour.Thevalidation test results showed that the average transfer rate of mangiferin was 72.30% ( RSD=2.0%,n=3, ,and the dry cream yield was (204 19.20% (RSD=3.5%, n=3 ).Conclusion The optimized extraction processfor Jinhou granules is stable and feasible with good repeatability,which can provide experimental reference for subsequent production process research.
