大学生计算机竞赛团队建设模式探索与研究

走技术路线的，也有考教师资格证的。技术性人才还是师范类人才定义不清晰，计算机比赛中成绩不如高职类院校。针对这些问题，该文通过大学生计算机竞赛团队建设，参考陶行知先生的小先生制和国外的贝尔兰卡斯特制的培训模式，提出核心学生传帮带的计算机竞赛团队模型，解决学校、指导老师和学生的困扰问题。

Exploration and Research on the Construction Mode of College Students' Computer Competition Team

Abstract： At present， the training objectives of computer majors in normal colleges are relatively vague. Students who want to take the technical route also have to take the teacher qualification certificate. The definition of technical talents or normal talents is not clear， and the scores in computer competitions are not as good as those in higher vocational colleges. In view of these problems， through the construction of College Students' computer competition team， referring to the training mode of Mr. Tao Xingzhi's little teacher system and foreign bellancaster system， this paper puts forward the computer competition team model of core students， so as to solve the problems of schools， instructors and students.
