研究生课程教学模式探索

——以“管理学”为例

摘 要:单一的教师讲授方式无法高效传递“管理学”课程的内在理论知识,更造成了研究生课程教学中与实践脱节等多种问题。本文以××咖啡为教学案例,详细阐述了如何针对案例实施教学,以期对管理学教学提供一定程度的帮助。

Research on Teaching Mode of Postgraduate Course

—Take the Course of Management as an Example

Abstract:A single teaching method can not effectively transfer the internal theoretical knowledge of the course of Management,and causes many problems in the teaching of postgraduate courses,such as disconnection with practice.Taking ×× Coffee as a teaching case,this paper expounds how to implement teaching according to the case in order to provide some help to management teaching.

相比于培养本科生而言,管理学学位研究生的培养不仅注重基础理论和专业知识的掌握,而且要求学生具有将这些知识转化为在实践中解决各种实际问题的能力[12],这种能力的掌握更多源于研究生课程学习中教师的引导。(剩余4715字)
