理论力学教学探索

摘 要：对高校课程“理论力学”教学进行探索，着重对高中物理和高校理论力学进行对比分析，找出异同，在课堂教学时能更加目标明确，对作业进行整理和改良，让学生在少做题的同时能尽可能地掌握好理论力学知识，并且在教学过程中关注学生的学习投入和自我效能，这些改进在教学实践中得到了较好的结果。

Abstract：Explore the teaching of "theoretical mechanics" in university curriculum，improve Four aspects，Focus on the comparative analysis of high school physics and colleges theory mechanics，find out the similarities and differences，in classroom teaching can be more targeted，Organize out and improve the homework，so that students can master the theoretical mechanical knowledge as much as possible while doing less homework.And in the teaching process，we pay attention to students' learning input and selfefficacy，and these changes have achieved good results in teaching practice.
