摘要：时代发展对专业学位硕士研究生的培养提出了更高要求，目前专业学位研究生的培养存在诸多不足和亟须改进的地方。本文通过引入OBE理念，探索新模式下的研究生培养机制，提升高校的人才培养质量，培养出新形势下适应国家发展的专业型人才。

Abstract：In order to adapt to the economic and social development，higher requirements are put forward for the training of professional degree postgraduates.At present，the training of professional degree postgraduates has many shortcomings and needs to be improved.By introducing the concept of OBE，this paper explores the postgraduate training mechanism under the new model，improves the quality of talent training in colleges and universities，and cultivates professional talents who can adapt to the development of the country under the new situation.
