地方工科高校实验室开放与资源共享对策研究

摘要：实验室开放与资源共享在高校人才培养、教学水平提高和科研能力提升等方面发挥着重要作用。然而，在实际的操作中存在诸多问题，导致很多高校的实验室开放难以实现与落实。地方工科高校应在完善硬件建设的同时，更要完善政策环境，逐步将实验室开放与资源共享落到实处，为培养应用型、创新型人才服务。

Abstract：Laboratory opening and resource sharing play an important role in the cultivation of talents，the improvement of teaching level and scientific research ability.However，the opening and resource sharing were becoming a mere formality attribute to problems in the actual operation process.It should be paid high attention on the laboratory opening and resource sharing in local engineering universities in order toimprove the quality of talent training.While improving the hardware construction of laboratory，they should also improve the policy environment and financial support.
