摘  要：防洪工程一直是水利建设投资的重点，随着城市范围扩大，防洪圈建设也随之加大，这就需要及时准确掌握城市防洪圈达标建设情况，为城市建设发展提供参考。通过对城市防洪圈前期规划资料、设计资料以及实地调研测量，建立航测模型分析防洪圈达标情况，提供准确数据，为决策人员提供参考。

Analysis on the investigation method of the city flood control zone

reaching the standard

Abstract：As the key investment of water conservancy construction， the construction of flood control circle increases along with the expansion of city scope， so it is necessary to grasp the construction of flood control circle in time and accurately to provide reference for the development of city construction. Based on the data of pre-planning， design and field survey， the aerophotogrammetry model is established to analyze the situation of flood control zone reaching the standard， and to provide accurate data for decision makers.
