Research on the Relationship between Comprehensive Quality and Employment Competitiveness of College Graduates： Adjustment Effect Based on the Slowdown of Economic Growth Rate

Abstract：The employment of college graduates is related to economic upgrading， improvement of people's livelihoods，and social stability，and has always been a focus of attention for the government and the whole society. In recent years，with the increasing number of college graduates，coupled with the slowdown in economic growth and changes in employment structure brought about by artificial intelligence，the employment of collge graduates is facing greater and greater pressure.We used multiple regression analysis to empirically explore the impact of learning ability and practical ability on the employment competitiveness of college graduates， as well as the role played by the slowdown in economic growth.The research results indicate that both the learning ability and practical ability dimensions of comprehensive quality play a promoting role in enhancing the employment competitiveness of graduates；The slowdown in economic growth plays a moderating role in the relationship between comprehensivequality and employment competitiveness； Compared to periods of economic slowdown，the positive relationship between the comprehensive quality of graduates and their employment competitiveness is strongest during public health emergencies. The research conclusion has a certain theoretical contribution to clarifying the impact mechanism between the comprehensive quality of graduates，economic growth rate，and employment competitiveness. At the same time，it has practical implications for various entities to help enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates.
