Innovation Consortium： Research Framework and Future Prospects

Abstract：Innovation consortia，as a new type of national system innovation organization with the major task of tackling key core technologies，are currently lagging behind in theoretical research on innovation consortia，making it difficult to accurately and efectively guide the construction practice of innovation consortia in the new development stage. This article uses the literature review method to systematically sort out 319 articles in core journals at home and abroad，extract the theoretical framework of innovation consortium research，and discuss the five major research topics of innovation consortium： the connotation and constituent elements of innovation consortium，the formation method and construction path of innovation consortium，the structural characteristics of innovation consortium，the operating mechanism of innovation consortium，and the influencing factors of the formation and development of innovation consortium.Finally， based on the new situation of international innovation technology competition and the need for China to achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement strategy in the new era，it is proposed to focus on the theoretical basis，microstructure，mechanism of action，evolution law，spatial layout effect，and governance mechanism of innovation consortia in the future.The research results are of great significance for further promoting the deepening of theoretical research and practical development of innovation consortia.
