知识产权战略驱动未来产业创新：理论框架与实现路径

Abstract：As a key driver for developing new quality productive forces， future industries represent the forefront of global technological revolutions and industrial transformations and have become a decisive factor in major powers' competition for strategic dominance. However，the innovative development of future industries still faces challenges such as unclear technological pathways and ambiguous market prospects，making the exploration of their development paths an urgent practical issue.Based on an analysis of the connotation，characteristics，and operational mechanisms of intellectual property（IP） strategy，this paper divides the innovative development of future industries into three stages—“exploration and incubation”，“growth and expansion”，and“extension and integration”—by integrating the core features of future industries with industrial lifecycle theory. Furthermore， from the perspective of IP strategy，this study proposes and discusses three pathways to promote the innovative development of future industries： implementing a forward-looking deployment strategy，an industry leadership strategy，and an ecosystem collaboration strategy.
