钻孔压灌后插钢筋笼灌注桩在黏性土层中的应用

摘 要:文章通过对某项目路基的实例剖析,介绍长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼灌注桩在硬塑黏性土层中的成功应用,总结长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼灌注桩施工方法,提出施工控制要点。实践证明,效果较好,有效保证工程质量,可供读者在以后的施工中参考。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of an example of the roadbed of a project, this paper introduces the successful application of long spiral drilling pressure cast-in-place concrete steel cage cast-in-place pile in hard plastic clay soil, and summarizes the construction method of long spiral drilling pressure cast-in-place concrete back-inserted steel cage cast-in-place pile. The main points of construction control are put forward, and the practice proves that the effect is good, which effectively ensures the project quality and can be used as a reference for readers in the follow-up construction.

1 长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土后插钢筋笼灌注桩概述
钻孔压灌后插钢筋笼灌注桩是利用钻机钻孔后通过钻杆中心通道泵送混凝土并压至孔中,等混凝土达到一定量后再将钢筋笼吊入混凝土中,最后形成钢筋混凝土灌注桩[1]。(剩余4797字)
