基于综合主计划和综合主进度的装备研制计划制定模式研究

摘  要：文章通过探索综合主计划和综合主进度方法的内涵和应用模式，以研制程序、工作分解结构等相关项目管理工具为依据，相互关联制定项目研制计划，形成基于综合主计划和综合主进度的计划制定模式。同时，以某大型核电项目为例，说明该模式在型号中具备实用性和可推广性。

Abstract： Based on project management toolkits， such as development process and work breakdown structure， this paper explores meaning and application of integrated master plan and integrated master schedule. Through using relevant project management toolkits， the paper proposes an equipment schedule development method based on integrated master plan and integrated master schedule. Meanwhile， anuclear power project is investigated to illustrate the utility and generalizability of the method.
