轿车底盘零部件疲劳耐久加速试验载荷谱转化研究

摘  要：底盘零部件的疲劳耐久性试验可以快速验证零部件疲劳寿命，并且可以加快产品迭代升级速度和有效控制成本。文章对道路谱的采集以及转化进行讨论，其中包括应变片的布置和标定以及道路谱转化理论。

Abstract： Fatigue test can verify the fatigue life of chassis parts rapidly. In addition， it can promote the upgrade of products and control costs. In this paper， we will have a discussion about the road spectrum acquisition and transformation， which includes the arrangement and calibration of strain gauge and theory of the road spectrum transformation.
