摘  要：以淮北市某污水处理厂办公楼的污水源热泵系统设计为例，介绍如何利用污水这一可再生、清洁能源，替代传统能源为办公楼供冷供热，满足生产和生活的需求，以实现利用低品位的废热，达到环保、节能减排的目标。

Abstract： Taking the design of sewage source heat pump system in the office building of a sewage treatment plant in Huaibei City as an example， this paper introduces how to use sewage， a renewable and clean energy， to replace traditional energy to provide cooling and heating for the office building， so as to meet the needs of production and life， so as to realize the use of low-grade waste heat and achieve the goals of environmental protection， energy conservation and emission reduction.
