摘  要:阐述了一种双螺旋摆动结构的工作原理和力学性能。比较分析了常见转桨式水轮机和双螺旋摆动结构的转桨式水轮机,提出了“单独控制、协同工作”的同步精确控制叶片转角方法。通过某电站实际工况,计算并验证了该结构在转桨式水轮机上应用的可行性。

Abstract: The working principle and mechanical properties of a double helix swing structure are described. In this paper, the common Kaplan turbine and the Kaplan turbine with double helix swing structure are compared and analyzed, and the synchronous and accurate blade angle control method of "separate control and cooperation" is put forward. Through the actual working conditions of a power station, the feasibility of the application of the structure to Kaplan turbine is calculated and verified.
