高速公路交通安全设施防腐技术研究

摘  要：文章在分析我国公路交通安全设施工程标准的基础上，介绍了交通安全设施的腐蚀机理、防腐技术原理等，探讨了交通安全设施施工阶段常用的防腐工艺，包括热浸镀锌涂层、热浸镀锌聚酯复合涂层、环氧锌基聚酯复合涂层等，以优化安全设施防腐质量为目标，探究几点质控方法。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the engineering standards of highway traffic safety facilities in China， this paper introduces the corrosion mechanism and anticorrosion technology of traffic safety facilities， and discusses the anti-corrosion technology commonly used in the construction stage of traffic safety facilities， including hot-dip galvanized coating， hot-dip galvanized polyester composite coating， epoxy zinc-based polyester composite coating， etc.， in order to optimize the anti-corrosion quality of safety facilities， explore several quality control methods.
