长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工技术研究与应用

摘  要：基于长螺旋钻孔压灌混凝土桩在施工过程中桩身垂直度以及提钻时螺旋叶片软土不易清理等问题，通过实际工程案例，结合工程自身施工特点对其施工工艺进行了针对性的改进，得到了良好的经济和技术效益，并为后期长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工提供了有效的参考。

Abstract： Based on the problems such as the verticality of long spiral drilled pressure cast-in-place concrete pile in the construction process and the difficulty of cleaning the spiral blade soft soil during drilling， through the actual engineering case， according to the construction characteristics of the project， the construction technology is improved， and good economic and technical benefits are obtained， which provides an effective reference for the later construction of long spiral bored cast-in-place pile.

长螺旋钻孔压灌桩应用于工程实践已经超过了200多年，由于其操作方便、造价成本低、可循环使用、清理费用低等优点，被广泛应用于房屋建筑、桥梁、挡土墙、市政等新建及改造加固项目中。（剩余3009字）
