某燃煤锅炉水冷壁管鼓包失效分析

Abstract：During the maintenance of acoal-firedboiler in apower plant，itwas found that there were bulges in many positions of the front wall water wall.Thecauses of bulge were determined by means of macroscopic analysis， chemical composition analysis，tensile test，hardnesstest，metallographic and scale layer analysis.The results show thatthe local overtemperatureof the water wall tubeof the boiler front wallis caused by thescaling of the inner wall，whichaccelerates thespheroidizationrateofthemicrostructureof the materialandleads tothedecreaseof the strength performance. Withthe passage of time，plastic deformation occurs at the over-temperature part under high temperature and high pressure service environment to form bulges.
