Abstract:Taking thecarbody of aspecific medium-lowspeed maglev track vehicle as an example.To determine the load-bearing capacityof itscar body structure under the actionof service loads,thereby guaranteeing its safety and reliability during the service life. Given the unique structure of maglevtrains,fatigue load conditions are established in accordance with the actual operating circumstances and the EN 12663 standard. Result data is computed and extracted via finite element simulation.Subsequently,a fatigue assessment of the vehicle body welds is carried out by employing the procedures and methods delineated in the DVS 1608 standard. The calculation and analysis outcomes reveal that the stressutilization rate and the comprehensive utilizationrate in all directions,obtained under alloperatingconditions,areless than1.Thearea with arelatively highutilizationrate is predominantlyconcentrated at the junction between theend2underframe profileand the underframeedge beam inthe vicinityof the door area.

Thefatigue strengthof thevehiclebodyweldsatisfiesthedesign requisitesstipulated intheDVS16O8standard under various calculation scenarios.
