Abstract: Aiming at the problem of linear traces (suspected cracks)appearing in batches on the flared iner cone surface of 1Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel tubes (ϕ6mm×0.6mm) foraviation,macro-observation,microstructure, and chemical composition energy spectrum analysis were carred out on the place where the traces on the flared inner cone surface were displayed and the surrounding area by using an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope.Theresults show thatthe chemicalcomposition of the steel conduit matrix material,grain size grade qualified, flaring within the taper linear "traces"micro-area, Cr and Ni content of segregation, chemical passivation process to accelerate the corrosion dissolution of the region,andcorrosion dissolution of the flaring by the display for the linear "trace".Take control of stainless steel tube flaring before chemical passivation tank liquid nitric acid concentrationand passivation time to the processof the lowerlimit value of the technical measures;the linear "trace" problem can be effectively solved,and the results of this research canbe industry pers to provide acertain process referenceand research ideas.
